About Vienna House

Vienna House is a mid-rise social housing development in East Vancouver due for completion at the end of 2025. It is a partnership between BC Housing, the City of Vancouver and More Than a Roof Housing Society. It is also a Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) national demonstration project for a number of ambitious goals, including advancing off-site fabrication, low-carbon construction and enhancing social and climate resilience for the building and its residents.
