Presenters
Chanelle Salonia
Chanelle Salonia has over 15 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and complex mental illness. Her extensive research and work experience are with a largely underserved and marginalized population of individuals with IDD. As a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst, Chanelle is an advocate for deinstitutionalization, equitable access to healthcare and housing, with a focus on identifying behaviours of concern.
Frank Graziano
Frank Graziano has over 30 years of experience in the disability sector and holds a BSc. in psychology. He is Director of Housing and Building Services at Vita Community Living, ensuring homes and programs meet regulatory compliance and safety standards.
Gabriela (Gabby) Paris de Severino
Gabby Paris de Severino has been a Residential Program Supervisor and pharmacology trainer with Vita Community Living Services since 2014. She has over 20 years of experience in the developmental services sector, supporting staff and individuals in various social service programs.

Simon Sodhi has over 30 years of experience in the developmental service sector, supporting individuals with complex needs and advocating for inclusive housing.
